FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  What are your delivery charges?
UK delivery is a flat rate of £1.75.

2. I want to place an order. How do I know if it is in stock?
It will say 'Out of stock!'

3. I'd like to place an order. When will I receive it & what are the delivery charges?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days. UK Orders (Including Guernsey & Jerssey) usually received within 3 - 5 working days. Orders outside the UK usually received within 7 - 10 working days.

4. I'd like to buy something as a gift, can this be put in a box or giftwrapped?
Please see our gift boxes or alternatively request your item gift wrapped at checkout.  Our Simply Silver and Celtic Silver range are boxed in our branded Redbox 24/7 jewellery boxes as standard.  Please feel free to purchase one of our other black and silver gift boxes as an alternative.

5. I'm worried about the security of using my credit card online. Is your site safe?
Don't worry - it's safe! Payments are processed through Worldpay on secure pages.  Please see www.support.worldpay.com for more detailed information.

6. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Delta and American Express. All accepted credit card logos are clearly displayed on the home page.

7. I'm interested in placing an order but would like some more information about one of your products. What should I do?

8. What if I want to return my goods?
To cancel an order:
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulatons, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products/sets containing pieced products.

To return an order:
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund less postage costs or exchange of goods. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons (as detailed above)
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at Redbox247:

8. Will you send me any information about your products in future?
Only if you want us to! We have an opt-out tick box on the checkout page so that you can choose whether we send you details of new products and special offers.  When you want to opt out of the newsletters please use our link on the newsletter email.

9. What about your Privacy Policy? I don't want my personal details passed on.
Under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict procedures and will not disclose any customer information to third parties.
