Delivery

As our items are usually in stock, we usually process your order within 1 to 2 working days.

UK Delivery (Including Guernsey & Jersey)

All UK Orders have a flat rate delivery charge of £1.75. Delivery is usually within 3 - 5 working days.

All orders to Countries Within EU - Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic Of Ireland, Italy, Luxenbourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and countires USA ,Australia, Canada, New Zealand & Japan are charged at rates calculated before payment is made and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Delivery is usually within 5 - 7 working days. Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange at the time your order is processed. Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .

TaxCharges

Prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Orders made from outside the UK or the European Union, are VAT free.

Redbox247 accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express through our payment service provider WorldPay.
Payments are processed through Worldpay on secure pages. Please see www.support.worldpay.com for more detailed and uptodate information regarding security of processing transactions.
All payments through WorldPay must be in UK Sterling Pounds only. Please email sales@redbox247.com if you have any queries.

ReturnsPolicy

To cancel an order:
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulatons, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products/sets containing pieced products.
To return an order:
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons (as detailed above)
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at Redbox247:

LostGoods

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing your order at sales@redbox247.com. We will take up the matter with Royal Mail/postal service to rectify the situation.
